Monita Store Return Policy

At Monita Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. 

Items Eligible for Return:

  • You can return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 3 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
  • Perishable items (e.g., food items) are not eligible for return.
  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us by email at infothemonitastore@gmail.com  or by phone at 8318505874 to initiate the return process and obtain a Return number.

  1. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation number.

  1. Ship Your Return: Ship the return package to the following address:

    Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you can return your original item and place a new order.
