Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We offer our customers a fairly simple and easy return policy.

COVID-19 AMENDMENT – Return pickup service may not be available in various regions.

  1. Return of your purchase can be initiated by writing an email to [email protected]any time within 2 days from the time of delivery. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for edible products.
  2. Once you initiate the return, our courier partner will pick the product from your doorstep and we shall refund the entire cost of the product.
  3. In rare cases where pickup is not supported by our courier partners, we would request you to ship the product back to us, In such cases, we will refund a maximum courier charge of Rs 49 for every 500 gms returned.
  4. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are not part of the refund. The entire cost of the product alone will be refunded.
  5. All our refunds are in the form of store credits which could be used for your future purchases or the same will be refunded through the same online mode in 10 to 15 working days.
  6. The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in good quality and in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging.
  7. In case the product returns to us due to wrong address, unavailabity of customer or rejection by customer, the upward and downward shipping charge will be deducted from the refund


For all returns, would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not.

Important Note: There will be no return pick up for the wholesale customers. These customers would have to ship the products back to us for refund.


You can choose to cancel your order any time before the dispatch  of the parcel. If the cancellation happens after the dispatch of the order, the shipment charges will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be initiated once we receive the shipment
