Use and care: Before first and after each use, wash in warm soapy water or place in top rack of dishwasher. Be sure molds are thoroughly dry before using.
HINTS: To prevent sticking, lightly dust mold cavities with cornstarch or rub a thin layer of solid vegetable shortening on the surface of the fondant before pressing into the mold. Use fondant roller to press down on fondant to make sure it completely fills the mold cavity.
MOLD: Roll kneaded fondant into log shape, same size as mold cavity. Press into mold cavity.
TRIM. Positon one hand on fondant. Use a small spatula to carefully trim off excess fondant to be level with the mold.
RELEASE. Turn mold over and bend to release fondant.
