Knead Confect Sugar Paste with hand on a smooth, clean surface until it reaches the consistency you want. Sprinkle the surface with corn flour or powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Rollout sugar paste using a rolling pin or sheeter. Drape over cake and smoothen sides to achieve desired result. Confect can also be used to make sugar decorations trims and figurines
